- Owners of units 1, 6 and 8 need to forward SEPP 10 rental information forms in order to progress with Stage 2: SEPP 10 Form
- Strata conversion process well under way, stage 1 of 4 is complete;
- Stage 2 has now commenced;
- Donna and Rami met to confirm fund raising details for remainder of conversion process;
- Special levy notice has been sent out to all share holders;
- New co-axial TV cable has been installed to units 3,6, and 9 (at a total cost of $220) as the existing ribbon system did not carry the signal from the antenna installed 2 years ago. Other appertments are OK for now.
